Before Kelley Wolf was detained by authorities and taken to a hospital on June 13, her friend called 911 about her “escalating mental health crisis.”

In dispatch audio of the 911 call, which was obtained by PEOPLE, the female friend (whose name was redacted) asked for a “mental health team” to be sent to the the Sundance Resort in Sundance, Utah, where Kelley had been staying amid her split from her husband of 21 years, Party of Five star Scott Wolf.

Describing the author and public speaker, 48, as “very skittish” and “very anti getting help,” the caller noted that she thought “a team needs to go and insist that she get help.”

“I do not think she will cooperate,” the friend added. “I mean we’ve been trying to get her to get some help for weeks to months.”

The caller reported that Kelley had “resisted” their past attempts to intervene.

The friend told the 911 dispatcher on June 13 that “there have been multiple 911 calls to her house in Summit County over the last month.” (A Summit County Sheriff’s Office spokesman previously told PEOPLE that a “small handful” of calls for service had been made to the authorities from the Wolfs’ home.)

The caller went on to describe an alleged incident involving Kelley at the Sundance Resort, saying, “She created a disturbance in the restaurant,” the friend said, adding that Kelley “threw herself on the ground” before security got involved.

The caller was informed that a “team of deputies” had been dispatched to the hotel.

In audio from another 911 call — which PEOPLE previously obtained — from Scott and Kelley’s Park City, Utah, home on the same day, an unknown caller (whose name was also redacted) reported to authorities that there was a “family fight.”

On the recording, a dispatcher can be heard saying, “It looks like the trespass was removed from that the other day, after the last time law enforcement was out there.” Police did not confirm who they were referring to on the call.

Later that day, authorities confirmed in a statement to PEOPLE that Kelley was admitted to a local hospital after being detained. 

“Upon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies.” The statement concluded, “For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.”

Kelley also uploaded a video to her Instagram profile capturing the moment that police officers arrived to take her to the hospital.

“Oh my God. Don’t. Oh my God, this is not happening,” Kelley said before telling the officers, “This is shameful, gentlemen.”

“Look at this, look at this woman, this is shameful,” she continued. “Be ashamed, be ashamed of yourselves, gentlemen.”

One of the officers then told her she’s “not going to jail” and that they are going to get her “some help,” and she responded, “I know what I’m doing, I’ve done this. This is my job.”

Kelley later shared a photo on her Instagram Stories shortly after her Instagram Live, which showed her belongings in what appeared to be a hospital room. “I have been taken against my will. Please check on my kids,” she wrote in block text across the post. “Also… I am happy!! Happier than I have ever been.”
