The consequences stemming from Shedeur Sanders’ recent brush with the law were twofold, as what was likely a secret romantic relationship has been uncovered as a result of his speeding.

The Cleveland Browns rookie was caught driving at 101 mph in Ohio on Tuesday, over 40 miles past the speed limit. Sanders received a ticket for the offense and will have to either pay a fine or contest it in court.

Bodycam footage from the stop showed the moment the quarterback was busted, with police having pulled over his Dodge Ram TRX after observing him driving like he had stolen something.

The Browns have refused to comment on the matter, but Sanders is not in the best position, as he’s battling for his place in the QB room, given that he slid all the way to the fifth round of the draft and isn’t guaranteed anything.

Shedeur Sanders Wasn’t The Only One Who Got Pulled Over

The stop may have also been an accidental hard launch of his relationship. According to reports, another car traveling close to the QB was pulled over for driving at 92 mph.

A woman named Jasmine Hammond identified herself as Shedeur’s girlfriend when the police approached her.

Hammond, an influencer who goes by the name Jasmine Rae on Instagram, had not been linked to Shedeur Sanders before this week.
