It comes as the trial reaches its final days.

Male escort ‘The Punisher’ reveals everything he allegedly witnessed at Diddy’s ‘freak off’ parties in new interview
The Punisher has spoken of his encounters with Combs and Cassie
The male escort who has spoken in Diddy’s ongoing trial has spoken out about what his alleged experience was like at the rapper’s ‘freak off’ parties.
Sharay Hayes, known as ‘The Punisher’, was a male escort and is alleged to have had multiple encounters with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and his long-term partner Cassandra Ventura, also known as Cassie.
Diddy was arrested last September while he was in New York and faces a whole host of charges, including racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion. Diddy has denied all of the charges against him.
Hayes has told the court his interactions with the pair during the trial, and now, he’s given more insight into what he claims to have seen at the freak off parties.
Speaking to the Telegraph Hayes told them about the first time he met Cassie Ventura, Oct 14, 2012 at the Trump International Hotel in midtown Manhattan.

According to Hayes, Ventura initially introduced herself as Janet before their meet and told him he was wanted for a dance to entertain her and some friends, but he quickly realized this wasn’t really the case.
He said: “She immediately explained to me that she was not looking for a dance performance, that she wanted to set up this sexy scene where we would sit on couches adjacent from each other and put baby oil on in a sexy manner, and at some point her husband would come out and watch.
“I was instructed to sit on one single chair that was kind of adjacent to a sofa, she positioned herself on the sofa and then we began to do the baby oil… I would put it on myself, she’s putting it on herself, we would put on each other and then there were sexual gestures of self pleasuring and stuff like that to try to set the mood.”
Hayes claimed that eventually, Combs came into the room, completely nude with a niqab covering his face and sat in a chair a few feet away.
He added that he believed this individual to be Ventura’s husband, and didn’t know it was the A-lister Combs at the time.
Hayes claimed that Combs would then give them directions based on the lighting and positioning after entering.
The pair allegedly saw the male escort a total of 8-12 times following the first encounter(Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic)
He continued: “It was very strange, just the idea of understanding a partner would come in was already strange but, seeing his face completely covered it threw me off.
“It was clear that this scene was based on his preference and something that he enjoyed.”
The scene lasted around 35 minutes, and then Hayes said Combs left the room with Ventura following afterwards.
He also claimed that he was paid for his time and told it was ‘perfect’ by Ventura.
Months later, he alleged was called again by Ventura and the same scenario was acted out, except this time, they had sex.
Hayes claimed he saw the couple around eight to 12 times over a two-and-a-half-year period and would be paid between $1,200 to $2,000 each time.
The session time total would last a minimum of 4 hours, with the actual sexual activity lasting up to 45 minutes.
Speaking of the encounters, Hayes said that he never saw Combs behave aggressively to Ventura and added she did not appear as though she was being forced to take part in the sexual acts. He also made these claims in court.

Escort mentioned in Diddy trial alleges intimate details about Cassie ‘freak offs’
Shawn Dearing was brought up in Cassie’s testimony and has now given his side of the story
An escort mentioned in Diddy’s high-profile sex trafficking trial has spoken out about intimate details involving Cassie in alleged ‘freak offs.’
The 55-year-old music producer was arrested in September from a New York hotel and stands accused of racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, among other charges.
Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has repeatedly denied all the charges against him, pleading not guilty.
His trial kicked off on May 12, with his former partner of 11 years, Cassandra Ventura, known as Cassie, taking to the stand to give a detailed testimony of events.
The 38-year-old singer alleged Combs forced her to participate in so-called ‘freak-off’ sex parties, which involved her having sex with a male escort as Diddy watched on, as well as domestic abuse and physical violence at the hands of her ex partner.

The trial has now entered its fourth week as of Monday (June 2), after having heard from dozens of other witnesses, like former assistants, hotel managers and Cassie’s former partner, Kid Cudi.
Shawn Dearing, an escort known professionally as ‘Skyler,’ has also been mentioned as one of 10 men hired by Diddy to participate in the ‘freak offs.’
Cassie revealed his name when she was on the stand, saying he was one of several escorts that were hired from the website Cowboys4Angels.
Now, the man says he never intended to release his story but has decided to break his silence now that his identity and alias has been made public from the courtroom.
In an interview with PEOPLE, Shawn claims he was hired for ‘more than a dozen’ times for sex with Cassie and Combs after meeting the couple around 2015.
“I never wanted to open my mouth,” he said. “I don’t seek attention. I don’t want to go out there and make it seem like I’m trying to get my name known off of this experience.”

He went on to allege that while he never saw Combs physically harm Cassie, he says he witnessed ‘psychological’ abuse – and suggested it appeared the singer was ‘there under Diddy’s control’.
“We did everything under his direction,” he continued when describing the freak offs, adding there was a ‘constant energy of knowing that we must perform for him or else’.
The 37-year-old further praised Cassie for her heartfelt and harrowing testimony, describing her as ‘uplifting’, ‘the kindest and most respectful person’ and a ‘bada** lady’ who was ‘genuine throughout.’
Shawn has appeared to endorse Cassie’s claims, stating Combs ‘never touched me’ but had directed the pair to engage in sexual activity.
He described Combes as like a ‘drone’ in the sex parties and that Cassie never spoke when the rapper left the room.

He said in one instance where he tried to talk to her, she replied: “No, no no. Not until he gets back.”
Shawn further said he felt Cassie didn’t want to take part in the sex parties, that took place in a Beverly Hills Hotel and a private condo in Los Angeles, stating that the young woman’s attitude changed when the sessions turned ‘dark’.
“You could see that it was kind of like the spirit was leaving the body,” he told the news outlet.
The comments come as we also heard from Diddy’s former employee, Capricorn Clark, who claims she witnessed Diddy being violent towards Cassie.
Jurors also saw CCTV footage of Combs attacking Cassie inside a Los Angeles hotel back in 2016, which the 38-year-old claimed came after she had attempted to ‘flee’ a freak-off.
Photographs of Cassie’s alleged injuries, which include bruises to her face and lip, were also shown to the jury.
Meanwhile, the defense showed jurors a dossier of text messages between Cassie and Diddy in a bid to suggest she consented and was a willing participant in the ‘freak offs’.
The trial continues.

Male escort alleges how much he was paid for each ‘session’ as he makes disturbing claims about Diddy ‘freak offs’
The escort claimed to have seen Diddy and Cassie between eight and 12 times
A male escort who claims to have regularly interacted with Diddy and Cassie Ventura has testified the details regarding their ‘freak off’ sessions in court.
The trial of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has seen numerous witnesses give information on the rapper and producer as he faces a bunch of different charges.
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 and charged with racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion.
He has denied all of the charges he faces.
Since the trial kicked off earlier this month, the prosecution has taken a great interest in the producer’s notorious ‘freak off’ parties as well as his relationship with former girlfriend Cassandra Ventura, who is best known as Cassie.
The parties are where the prosecution believes these acts of illegality took place.

Focusing on the nature of the relationship between Cassie and Diddy, the court has heard of Diddy’s alleged drug addictions and the abuse she claims to have suffered at his hands.
Most recently, a male escort known as The Punisher – real name Sharay Hayes – spoke to the courtroom on May 20 and gave alleged details about the couple’s sex life and how he was involved.
Hayes claimed that he was hired between eight and twelve times for additional freak offs after first meeting the couple in 2012, with him telling the court the last one happened in March of 2015.
He said: “She explained to me that her and her husband liked to create a sexy scene that consisted of me and her mutually applying baby oil, applying it to ourselves and to possibly each other, and try to create a sexy environment that her husband would eventually come out to watch.”
He noted that he usually received $1,200 or $2,000 after each session and wondered why the amount varied at times.

Hayes also explained that he would eventually engage in sexual activity with Cassie while Diddy watched and often gave instructions. He said that the encounters would last about four hours.
Speaking about how Diddy was involved, he said: “I was specifically told to not acknowledge her husband, try not to look at him, no communication or anything.”
“[Diddy] would at some point come into the room, sit in the distance, gave subtle directions to Ms. Ventura based on… angles, lighting, positionings, and sometimes the sexual activity.”
Hayes said his last encounter with the former couple saw Ventura allegedly pay him and thank him for ‘respecting their privacy in terms of [their] interactions’.

Every piece of evidence found in Diddy’s hotel room that give disturbing insight into ‘freak offs’
Jurors were shown images of Diddy’s hotel room on the night of his arrest
Dozens of images taken by law enforcement on the night of Diddy’s arrest from a hotel room gives some disturbing insight into his notorious ‘freak offs’.
The trial of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs commenced last week on May 12 after the rapper was arrested from his hotel room in New York last September on charges of racketeering, transportation to engage in prostitution and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion.
The 55-year-old has denied any wrongdoing and all the charges against him.
Last week, we heard the heartbreaking testimony of his long-term ex-girlfriend, Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura, who said throughout the 10 years that they dated she suffered physical violence at the hands of Combs and was forced to participate in so-called ‘freak offs’, which involved her having sex with male escorts while Combs watched.

She also spoke about his alleged drug use, from ketamine and ecstasy to MDMA and other opiates that she claimed he took ‘daily.’
Now, newly released photographs taken on the night of Combs’ arrest from his suite in the Park Hyatt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan have been shown to jurors and released to the public, which the prosecution say shows him preparing for a final drug-fueled ‘freak off.’
Here’s every piece of evidence that was found in the room.
A lighter an lubricant was found in the room (Department of Justice)
Lubricant
During the trial on Friday (May 16), Homeland Security presented the images of what they allegedly found in the room, which included lubricant.
A special agent who raided Combs’ hotel room, Yasmin Binda, who works for Homeland Security Investigations’ human trafficking division, said there was a ‘zip log bag filled with Astroglide [lubricant]’ that they found ‘in the hallway closet.’
Two bottles of lube were also found on a nightstand in the bedroom.
Bags of baby oil were bagged up (Department of Justice)
Baby oil
Law enforcement also photographed and bagged up several bottles of Johnson’s baby oil.
While on the stand, Cassie testified Combs had a particular way he would set up a ‘freak off’ room, which reportedly included scented candles mixed with ‘oil and all of the other scents’.
She further claimed Combs would ask her to heat up the baby oil.
Binda also told the court the ‘several bottles of baby oil’ was found in the bathroom and filled ‘one zip lock bag.’
More baby oil from the bathroom (Department of Justice)
Mood lights and other gadgets were recovered (Department of Justice)
‘Mood lighting’, hard drive and designer bag
Binda stated cops also found a ‘lighting device’ that appeared to create ‘mood lighting,’ as well as a hard drive, iPhone and a Louis Vuitton bag.
The pill bottle had ‘Frank Black’ written on (Department of Justice)
Bottle of medication
Cops found a bottle of Clonazepam medication prescribed to a ‘Frank Black.’
The medication, from Walgreens, is used ‘alone or together with other medicines to treat certain seizure disorders,’ according to the Mayo Clinic.
Clonazepam is also used to treat panic disorders and works in the brain to ‘prevent seizures.’
The pink powder (Department of Justice)
Pink drugs
Jurors were also shown a photograph of two small bags of pink powder, which had been found in a bottle of medication, according to Binda.
The pink substance tested positive for ketamine in one bag, and the other a mixture of MDMA and ketamine.
According to the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), ketamine is a ‘dissociative aesthetic that has some hallucinogenic effects.’
Inside the nightstand (Department of Justice)
The drug ‘distorts the perception of sight and sound and makes the user feel disconnected and not in control,’ as the DEA adds it can make patients ‘feel detached from their pain and environment.’
Meanwhile, MDMA is both a ‘stimulant and hallucinogen,’ the DEA says, as users experience an ‘energizing effect, distortions in time and perception and enhanced enjoyment of tactile experiences.’
Known as the ‘party drug,’ it can evoke feelings of euphoria, closeness, empathy and sexuality, and comes in pill or powder form.
Cash in a fanny pack (Department of Justice)
Stack of cash
Binda also claimed Homeland Security discovered a black fanny pack hanging off a bed.
Inside, there was reportedly $9,000 inside in cash.
The trial continues.

Prosecutor at Diddy trial reveals alleged urine act the rap mogul ‘made’ Cassie do as they detail ‘freak off’ parties
As the trial continues, a prosecutor has spoken about an alleged sex act Combs coerced Cassie into
As Diddy’s trial continues, a prosecutor has alleged that he coerced his former girlfriend Cassie to take part in a ‘freak-off’ which involved urine.
Diddy, real name Sean Combs, was indicted by a grand jury following his arrest at the Park Hyatt hotel in Manhattan back in September.
The 55-year-old has been in jail ever since, with his hair notably beginning to have turned gray in the eight months that have passed.
Speaking in court today, prosecutor Emily A. Johnson explained how his ex-girlfriend Casandra Ventura, stage name Cassie, took part in one freak-off in-particular due to the fact she was in love with him.
Johnson told jurors: “She knew it was not something she wanted to do.”
Before detailing one moment in the freak-off, where her client explained how she ‘felt like she was choking’ after Combs ‘made an escort urinate into her mouth’.

Johnson explained that Cassie has said that she would be willing to speak to jurors herself about the incident, where Combs is alleged to have forced her to take part in having sex with male escorts – all while he was pleasuring himself in the room and recording it on video.
The 38-year-old and Combs were on-and-off dating for more than a decade, having officially entered into a relationship in 2007 – after two years of working together.
Cassie was 19 years old when she was signed by a then 37-year-old Combs, who owns the label Bad Boy Records.
UNILAD
However, in October 2018, they split for good following allegations that Combs raped Cassie that year. Although just a day after she accused him of both rape and sex trafficking, the pair reached a settlement.
Combs has been charged with racketeering and sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, charges he’s continued to deny.
The indictment accuses Combs and others in his enterprise of ‘wield[ing] the power and prestige of Combs’ role at the Combs Business to intimidate, threaten and lure female victims into Combs’ orbit, often under the pretence of a romantic relationship’.

With the ‘assistance of members and associates’, the document claims Combs ‘transported commercial sex workers across state lines and internationally’ and ‘then used force, threats of force, and coercion, to cause victims to engage in extended sex acts with male commercial sex workers that Combs referred to as, among other things, “freak offs”‘.
