His hips, thighs and shoulders also bore puncture wounds, presumably from painkiller injections. Visible traces of his numerous cosmetic surgeries were evident – with two surgical scars behind his ears and two more on either side of his nostrils.

Many of Jackson’s scars, found at the base of his neck and on his arms and wrists, were from various surgeries. Jackson also underwent eccentric cosmetic alterations including having his lips tattooed pink and black tattoos for his eyebrows, and even the front of his scalp to mimic a hairline.

The King of Pop also had unexplained bruises on his knees and shins and cuts on his back hinting at a recent fall prior to his death. His skin bore both light and dark patches, indicative of his struggle with vitiligo.

In a shocking revelation, it was discovered that Jackson’s wavy hair was actually a wig, glued over a largely bald, scarred scalp. A source shared with The Sun about Jackson’s final days, “He was skin and bone, his hair had fallen out, and he had been eating nothing but pills when he died.”

The source further detailed, “Injection marks all over his body and the disfigurement caused by years of plastic surgery show he’d been in terminal decline for some years.”
