“Okay, what the hell did Jesse Watters do this time?” Why would a top-tier Hollywood actor go off on a Fox News host — and in public? Was it personal, political, or just plain celebrity ego? What exactly was said in the Delta lounge, and who witnessed it?

Fox News star Jesse Watters says A-List actor launched unprovoked verbal attack on him at Delta lounge

Fox News host Jesse Watters claimed that Hollywood A-lister Shia LaBeouf hurled a vulgar insult at him at an airport lounge years ago.

The host described the encounter during Tuesday night’s episode of Jesse Watters Primetime as he chatted with playwright and director David Mamet, who was on the show promoting his new film, Henry Johnson, starring LaBeouf.

While discussing the film, Watters stopped to share his account of the alleged run-in with the actor.

‘Well, Shia LaBeouf told me to go F myself at a Delta lounge at the airport a couple years ago,’ the anchor said. ‘So tell him I said hi. Will you do that for me?’

Watters had also recounted the alleged confrontation back in 2019, when he was guest-hosting The Ingraham Angle.

‘The other day, I was at a lounge at the Delta Sky situation trying to take off for a flight with my family,’ he said during the segment.

‘And the actor Shia LeBeouf or whatever his name is, I think it was him, it looked exactly like him. I walk by and he calls me trash, right in front of my kids, you know?

‘And I didn’t say anything. I didn’t lose it. But, you know, these things happen.’

The Fox News host had previously described the alleged confrontation back in 2019 when he was guest-hosting The Ingraham Angle (2019 Clip pictured)

‘You should have called him Indiana Jones Jr.,’ Fox News contributor Raymond Arroyo joked at the time, referencing his 2008 flick Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. ‘That would have shut him down immediately.’

LaBeouf, 39, has been at center of various controversies over the years.

Just this month, his ex-girlfriend, the musician FKA Twigs, officially ended her legal battle with LaBeouf, nearly four years after filing a high-profile lawsuit accusing the actor of abuse.

According to court documents, the 37-year-old musician has requested to dismiss all claims against LaBeouf with prejudice, meaning she cannot bring the case back to court in the future.

The lawsuit, filed in 2020, sought $10 million in damages and alleged sexual battery, assault, and emotional distress during the couple’s relationship.

The two began dating after meeting on the set of LaBeouf’s 2019 semi-autobiographical film Honey Boy, in which the musician was cast.

In a statement provided to the Daily Mail, attorneys for both parties confirmed the matter had been resolved privately.

‘Committed to forging a constructive path forward, we have agreed to settle our case out of court,’ the pair’s respective attorneys said.

‘While the details of the settlement will remain private, we wish each other personal happiness, professional success and peace in the future.’
